For an extra cooling experience, place your Ice Globes in the fridge or a bowl of ice for approximately 10 minutes before starting. Do not place in freezer.

Apply directly to clean skin or following application of your favourite serum, facial oil, hydrating masque or moisturizer. Glide or roll globes over the face in gentle movements. Regulate the speed and pressure to benefit from the cooling action. Hold the Ice Globes stationary on areas that require soothing, such as flushed cheeks or breakouts. The Ice Globe’s handles can be used for the delicate undereye area to aid in depuffing and brightening. Ice Globes can also be used to massage the neck, shoulders, back and any other area of the body that could benefit from stress relief. Repeat each movement 3-5 times, or as often as desired.
