We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made on dermalogica.ae and will issue a full refund upon receiving the items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the original product packaging/carton is retained by the customer. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team via email.
Items that have been damaged or lost from personal usage, are nearly empty, or have been tampered and filled with other substances will not be refunded.
If you purchased the items from a store, pharmacy, salon, spa, or other website, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

Certain items are not eligible for return and are final sale:
- Partial kits or gift sets
- Free samples
- Gift with Purchase items
If your return shipment contains any of these items, you will not be refunded for them. We are not responsible for shipping back final sale items.

Our customer Care team will provide you with a pre-paid return label issued by TCS via email. Simply print the label from your email, and complete & print the return form.
pack it
Carefully pack your items to be returned, including all original packaging, into the box and include the completed return form. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
ship it
Take the package to any TCS location. Full instructions are included in the return label email.
